Description/Accomplishments/Progeny:

     Watermark Farm is introducing its newest stallion, AVEBURY WF by Adamant, to its breeding program. Avebury WF,  is a 17.1-hand, dark grey American Warmblood, with incredible athleticism and the hallmark polite and cooperative disposition of his sire Adamant. Only a 5-year-old, he has a calm and relaxed demeanor, large powerful gaits and phenomenal jumping capability. He is highly intelligent, well aware of his masculinity yet he is constantly focused on his trainer.

     Through the line of his sire, Adamant,  Dillon descends from Absatz, Dominus, Duellant and Goldfish II and through his dam to Dekor, a stallion imported  from the legendary Vornholz Stud. Dekor carries the blood of the immortal Ramses AA in his damline, transmitting not only the sculpted facial structure but the stamina and endurance of this legendary refining sire as well. Like all of the Dekor line, Dillon has superior gaits that are very comfortable, balanced and light to the aids. He has an affectionate nature and respectful attitude that makes him a delight to work around and a pleasure to ride.

     Avebury WF is beginning his career in the dressage arena. 2006 was his first year at stud.
