ECBG Member Fees
Membership Fees To Join please go to our Online Membership Form NOTE: Any membership that is activated after December 10, 2006 will apply to the 2007 calendar year. Membership in the ECBG is a privilege not a right, therefore: - All fees must be paid in full before any advertising material will be published.
- Checks that are returned for
insufficient funds will be assessed an additional $25.00.
Annual Premium Membership*: January 1- December 31st each year Adults: $60.00 Youth (Under 18 as of Jan. 1): $30.00 Family/Private Farm (No tax ID): $75.00 Business/Farm (Have Tax ID#): $100 *Includes e-Newsletter, reduced advertising rates and $5 off each Foal Futurity Inspection Competition nomination, reduced Seminar fees and ONE free Classified Ad ( single horse/pony) per year. Introductory Offer – First 50 Classifieds get a FREE photo highlight!

Premium Stallion Page Advertising: This online ad option is in addition to the basic listing on the ECBG Roster. Visit the Stallion Roster page and then select a stallion with "click here for additional information" next to the stallions name to view an example. Stallion Ad: (text, pedigree, up to 5 photos & video clip.): $55 for the year. (non transferable/refundable) Note: Video clip- must be under 30 seconds in length and in .wmv format.
ECBG Stallion Publication advertising : Advertising in Local, National and Regional publications will be divided equally between members and billed at cost by ECBG. These full page ads are an enormous expense for most stallion owners, so let us pool our financial resources and go forward together as a group. Details pertaining to ad size, color and layout will be discussed by the Stallion Owners and the final decision resides with the ECBG Board of Directors and the affiliated graphic design team. 2007 ads are currently being secured in various publications. Please inquire direct to ECBG for more information on adding your stallion.

All advertising is NON-TRANSFERABLE/REFUNDABLE.
*All stallions must be approved for breeding by the ECBG Board.
***All advertising material published by the ECBG has been supplied by the Owner/Member and will be published as the Owner provides it. The ECBG waives responsibility for accuracy and liability of any of these statements. Additional Ad work is available through an affiliated ECBG member design team at a discount rate. Foal Inspection Futurity Fee: - $25.00 per foal - Multiple foals: $15.00 per foal Foal Futurity Champions and Reserve Champions will be required to provide a Tax ID # to the ECBG. Winners will be notified by email and asked to provide their ID # so that a check can be mailed out in accordance with current Tax Laws
